Thank you for using Real imPro . We built this iPad app with a strict "Privacy-First" and "Local-First" architecture. Here is how we handle your data:

1. Zero Cloud Processing & Local Architecture

Real imPro is an offline-first iPad application. All core functionalities — including jazz grammar parsing, CYK algorithmic solo generation, VexFlow sheet music rendering, and multi-track MIDI playback — are processed strictly locally on your device. We do NOT upload, record, share, or transmit your imported chord charts, generated solos, or audio playback content to any external servers.

2. No Personal Data Collection

We do not require you to create an account.We do NOT collect your name, email address, physical location, device identifiers, or any usage behavioral data.No third-party analytics, tracking SDKs, or telemetry are embedded within the application.

3. Network Usage & In-App Purchases

The application functions entirely offline for all core music generation and playback features. Network access is only utilized in the following standard system scenario:In-App Purchases (IAP): If you choose to purchase or restore the lifetime unlock for Master algorithms, all network operations are handled securely and directly by Apple’s native StoreKit 2 framework. We do not process or store any of your payment or billing information.
